Warranty Service

Our stair lifts are all supplied with a 24 months parts and labour guarantee, with extra cover as optional. We now offer as standard an 24 months parts and labour guarantee, with extra cover as optional with all straight stairlifts, In the unlikely event of a breakdown an engineer will call to you within 24 hours. Existing customers whose guarantee expires are given the opportunity to take out an extended maintenance contract. However, should you decide not to take out an extended guarantee our service engineers are still available to help. Our phones are constantly monitored by a member of management, providing a speedy and reliable back up service offering a call out service within 24 hours, seven days a week.

Safety First

All our lifts comply with building regulation, occupational therapist guidelines and European safety standards. All our engineers & craftsmen are highly trained in all health & safety procedures. We only provide brand new stairlifts with a full back up warranty or your peace of mind.

You may return your order or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the product without reason or explanation. This returns policy does not apply for a BESPOKE product.
It is at your expense to return the order or part of the order.
This unconditional return policy applies only to goods that are unused and in the original packaging. If you intend to return the item please keep the receipt too.
